These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made online through Integral Wellness Nutrition and Fitness Inc. (“Integral Wellness”, “we”, “us”). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Services & Usage
- Online purchases grant access to the specific services, packages, or programs selected at checkout.
- All services require booking in advance through our scheduling system.
- Services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Payment & Billing
- All purchases must be paid in full at the time of checkout unless otherwise specified.
- Recurring memberships (if selected) are billed via pre-authorized debit or credit card.
- Failed or returned payments may incur a $50 administration fee.
- Recurring memberships automatically renew unless cancellation is submitted in accordance with our cancellation policy.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policies
- Personal Training: 24 hours’ notice required to cancel or reschedule.
- Group Classes: 3 hours’ notice required.
- Late cancellations or no-shows count as a used session with no refund or reschedule.
- Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@integral-wellness.ca
- Commitment memberships are subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Freeze Policy (If Applicable to Product Purchased)
- Flexible memberships: no freezes available.
- Commitment memberships: up to 4 complimentary one-week freezes per year.
- Freeze requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before freeze date.
5. Facility, Classes & Operations
- Integral Wellness may adjust class schedules, instructors, programs, or operating hours when necessary.
- We may add, modify, or discontinue services or equipment at our discretion.
- We strive to provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all clients.
6. Community Conduct
To maintain a positive and respectful environment, Integral Wellness may limit, suspend, or terminate access without refund if a client:
- Becomes disruptive or difficult to work with,
- Fails to follow program guidelines,
- Harms the experience of other clients or staff.
7. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
By participating in any service or entering our facility, you acknowledge:
- Physical activity involves inherent risks, including injury or illness.
- You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
- You release Integral Wellness, its staff, and contractors from liability for injuries, damages, or claims.
- You confirm you are physically able to participate and will disclose any medical concerns to your coach.
8. Media Release
You consent to Integral Wellness capturing photos or videos during sessions or events for promotional use.
(You may opt out by notifying us in writing.)
9. Annual Rate Adjustments
To keep pace with rising operational costs, Integral Wellness may apply a modest annual price adjustment each October.
This never affects active contracts.
New rates apply only upon renewal or new purchases.
10. General Terms
- These Terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick and Canada.
- If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Purchases are for personal use only and cannot be assigned or transferred.
