Integral Wellness – Purchase Terms & Conditions

By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions with Integral Wellness, Nutrition and Fitness Inc. (“Integral Wellness”, “we”, “us”).


1. Services & Access

Your purchase provides access to the services selected at checkout, which may include personal training, group fitness classes, nutrition coaching, or other wellness services.

All services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability, scheduling, and coaching capacity.

Access to services is limited to the individual who completed the purchase and cannot be shared, transferred, or assigned.


2. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed at the time of purchase or according to the payment plan selected at checkout.

For recurring memberships:

  • Payments will be automatically charged to your selected payment method (credit card or pre-authorized debit)
  • Memberships will automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with these terms

If a payment is declined or missed:

  • Services may be paused until payment is brought up to date
  • A $50 administration fee may apply

You authorize Integral Wellness to charge all fees related to your selected services.

Selecting a payment plan does not change the original contract value, only how it is paid.


3. No Refunds, Transfers, or Extensions

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

This includes:

  • Unused sessions
  • Missed classes
  • Partial membership periods
  • Early cancellations

Time-based memberships and packages must be used within their intended period and cannot be extended unless otherwise specified.

This applies regardless of usage, attendance, or personal circumstances.


4. Membership Cancellations

Cancellation policies depend on how your membership was purchased:

Paid in Full (Upfront Payments)

All upfront payments are final and non-refundable.
No cancellations, refunds, or credits will be issued once payment has been made.


Payment Plan Memberships (Recurring Payments)

Memberships on a payment plan may be cancelled with 14 days written notice.

  • A cancellation fee of 10% of the original contract value will apply
  • Payments will continue during the 14-day notice period

All payments made as part of a payment plan are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation stops future billing only and does not result in refunds for any payments already made.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@integral-wellness.ca and are only considered valid once received and confirmed in writing by our team.


5. Booking, Cancellations & Attendance

We structure our schedule to ensure every member receives proper attention and coaching.

  • Personal Training sessions require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule
  • Group Classes require 3 hours notice to cancel

Late cancellations or missed sessions:

  • Will be considered used
  • Are not eligible for refund, credit, or rescheduling

It is your responsibility to manage your bookings and cancellations.


6. Freeze Policy

Freeze options depend on the membership selected at checkout:

  • Flexible Memberships:
    No freeze options available
  • Commitment Memberships (12-month only):
    Include up to 4 one-week freezes per year

All freeze requests:

  • Must be submitted in advance to hello@integral-wellness.ca
  • Must be requested at least 5 business days before the next billing date
  • Are subject to approval based on membership eligibility and timing of the request

Unused freeze time does not carry over.


7. Changes to Services & Operations

Integral Wellness reserves the right to:

  • Modify class schedules, services, programs, or coaches
  • Adjust operating hours
  • Add, modify, or remove services or equipment
  • Pause or terminate services in cases of non-payment or breach of these terms

We will always aim to provide a consistent, high-quality experience while adapting to the needs of our members and operations.


8. Community Standards

We are committed to maintaining a positive, supportive, and respectful environment.

Integral Wellness reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services, without refund, if a member:

  • Is disruptive or disrespectful
  • Fails to follow program guidelines
  • Negatively impacts staff or other members

9. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By participating in any service, you acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks, including injury or illness.

You agree that:

  • You are in appropriate physical condition to participate
  • You will inform your coach of any injuries or medical concerns
  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation

You release Integral Wellness, its owners, staff, and contractors from any liability for injury, illness, or damages resulting from participation.

You agree to indemnify and hold Integral Wellness harmless from any claims arising from your participation.


10. Results Disclaimer

Results are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual effort, consistency, and factors outside of our control.


11. Service Interruptions

Integral Wellness is not responsible for interruptions or delays in services due to events outside of our control, including weather, emergencies, or facility-related issues.


12. Media Release

You consent to the use of photos or videos taken during sessions or events for promotional and marketing purposes, without compensation.

If you prefer not to be included, you may notify us in writing.


13. Privacy & Personal Information

Your personal information is collected and used for the purpose of delivering services, processing payments, and communicating with you.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and do not share it with third parties except as required to deliver services or process payments.


14. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from your purchase or participation are governed by the laws of New Brunswick and Canada.


15. General Terms

  • These terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website
  • If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue in full effect
  • These terms apply to all purchases made through our online system
  • This agreement is personal to you and cannot be assigned or transferred
  • Email communication to hello@integral-wellness.ca is considered the official method for all membership-related requests

16. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
  • Agree to be bound by them
  • Accept responsibility for managing your bookings and participation
  • Acknowledge that all purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable
